To provide the best motor trade related products designed to meet the commercial short term insurance needs of motor trade business entities and ensure that any communication in respect of same is both express and accurate.
To only interact with Insureds via duly appointed brokers.
To continue to upskill both our staff and the brokers through whom we operate in our product offering by way of regular training and accessible written mediums.
Each aspect of our business is to be of the utmost quality and everything is to be done with uncompromising excellence.
To ensure that all our insureds requests, including requests for amendment or cancellation of cover or submitting a claim or complaint, are handled with excellence and where at all possible within 24 hours.
To do nothing or to not permit any occurrence that can be reasonably deemed by any of our stakeholders as unfair.
To duly consider each complaint with utmost fairness as the primary objective and to ensure that suitable action is taken to avoid a similar complaint in future.
